Classification

Class	Description
Level 1	All school based organizations and non-profit organizations chartered for the purpose of and/or recognized by the Board of Education or SBO chattered organization by BOE reolution or group or *organization sponsored by SBO as and upon approval of the Superintendent and/or BOE (PTO, FOA, Boosters,Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts)
Level 2	Infant Jesus, NS Colts, MS Lacrosse, MS Soccer, Colt Cheerleaders, Men's BB. At the discretion and approval of BOE
Level 3	Community Based Non-profit groups and profit organizations, including all who charge admission
Level 4	Profit making organziation, approved by the Superintendent and/or BOE, at their discretion benefiting the Mt. Sinai community and meeting the criteria of Education Law Section 414
